• Personal data of Russian citizens is initially recorded, systematized, accumulated, and stored in a database located in Russia. Any subsequent cross-border transfer is performed only after applicable requirements and notice procedures are satisfied.

Before scaled public promotion, the operator performs a local assessment and publishes an additional supplement where required.

Individuals retain mandatory GDPR, UK GDPR, and local rights, including access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and regulator complaint. A scaled targeted launch requires any applicable representative, transfer mechanism, and cookie/analytics consent before market activation.
