These Terms cover reelee.pro, the Telegram Mini App, related APIs, notifications, and other Reelee interfaces. The Privacy Policy, Advertising Rules, and applicable country supplements also apply.

2. Information-platform role

  • Reelee helps users discover one another, publish profiles and offers, coordinate deal stages, exchange messages, and record actions.
  • Any agreement to create, place, or promote content is made directly between the brand and creator. Reelee is not its party, commission agent, employer, or joint contractor.
  • Amounts in offers and deals are user-recorded terms. Reelee does not receive, hold, or transfer settlement between users and provides no escrow. T-Bank payments cover Reelee subscriptions only.
  • Verification records the result of a specific technical check at a point in time; it does not guarantee identity, authority, audience, legality, future metrics, or performance.

3. User and account

  • A user confirms full legal capacity and an age of at least 18, or valid guardian authorization and authority to conduct the relevant activity.
  • Account information must be accurate and current. Impersonation, automated bulk registration, session transfer, and ban evasion are prohibited.
  • Users are responsible for securing email, Telegram, and devices and must terminate unknown sessions and promptly report compromise.

4. Profiles, resources, and offers

By publishing a profile, resource, brand, offer, link, or metrics, a user warrants the necessary rights and permissions, material accuracy, and non-infringement. Illegal goods or services, deception, metric manipulation, malicious links, undisclosed advertising, unlawfully shared personal data, and locally prohibited content are forbidden.

The operator may reject, pause, limit, or remove material, freeze a brand or account, request evidence, and preserve violation evidence. Moderation is not prior approval and does not transfer the user's responsibility to the operator.

5. Deals and disputes

  • The parties independently vet each other and agree scope, deadlines, taxes, ad labeling, intellectual-property rights, payment, and documentation.
  • Reelee statuses record interface actions and do not replace any legally required contract, invoice, receipt, or acceptance certificate.
  • The dispute feature records disagreements and enables moderation. A moderator decision controls only Reelee state and data availability; it is not a court judgment or collection of money.

6. Subscriptions, recurring payments, and refunds

  • Price, billing period, and plan features are shown before payment. Payment grants access for that period; some features depend on country, platform, and available technical integrations.
  • If a user expressly enables recurring billing, the subscription renews until auto-renewal is disabled. It may be disabled before the next charge; paid access continues through the current period.
  • Refund requests are assessed considering access supplied, the cause of failure, and mandatory consumer law. Nothing limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Intellectual property and license

Users retain rights in their material and grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, for the placement and technical-retention period, to reproduce, format, display, and transmit that material only to operate, protect, and promote Reelee. A user must remove or report material when rights cease.

A rights holder may email legal@reelee.pro with the right asserted, exact URL or material ID, proof of authority, and contact details. The operator may restrict access during review and request a response from the uploader.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as available. The operator takes reasonable security and availability measures but does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party platforms, APIs, banks, email, Telegram, hosting, or networks, any commercial deal outcome, user statements, or continued availability of third-party content.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or acts of users and third parties. Aggregate contractual liability is limited to subscription fees paid by the claimant in the prior 12 months. This does not cover intentional misconduct, non-waivable liability, or mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a user indemnifies documented operator loss caused by knowingly unlawful material, missing claimed rights, advertising-law violations, or authority action attributable to that user.

9. Changes and termination

A user may stop using Reelee and request account deletion. The operator may restrict access for breach, security risk, legal demand, or feature closure. Material document changes receive a new version date and renewed acceptance where required.

10. Governing law and notices

Russian law governs, while mandatory protections of a consumer's habitual-residence country remain intact. Before litigation, a reasoned notice should be sent to legal@reelee.pro; the response period is 30 calendar days unless law requires less. Mandatory jurisdiction rules control; otherwise disputes are heard at the operator's registered location.
